This Privacy Policy explains what information Globle Unlimited (globleunlimited.net, “we”, “us”) collects when you use our website and games, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum: the game runs in your browser and does not require an account.

1. Information we collect

Information stored in your browser

Globle Unlimited saves your game progress — including your guesses, streaks, best scores and daily completion status — in your browser’s local storage. This data lives on your device only. We do not transmit it to our servers, and we cannot read it. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers automatically receive certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This information is used to operate the site, keep it secure, and understand aggregate usage. We do not use it to personally identify you.

Information you send us

If you email us or use our contact page, we receive the information you choose to share (such as your email address and message) so we can respond. We use it only for that purpose.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies (including local storage) for these purposes:

• Essential: to make the game function and remember your progress.
• Analytics: to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
• Advertising: if and when we display ads, to serve and measure them (see the next section).

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

3. Advertising

We may display advertising on this site, including through Google AdSense. When ads are enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

4. Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to measure traffic in aggregate. These tools help us see which pages are popular and how the site performs, without building advertising profiles of individual visitors.

5. How we use information

• To provide, operate and maintain the game and website.
• To improve gameplay, content and performance.
• To respond to your messages and support requests.
• To display and measure advertising, where applicable.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

6. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where the GDPR applies, we process data on the following bases: our legitimate interests in operating and improving the site; your consent for non-essential cookies and personalised advertising; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Residents of the EEA/UK have these rights under the GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. 8. Children’s privacy

Our site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). When ads are served, we configure them appropriately for a general audience. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Data retention

Game progress remains in your browser until you clear it. Server logs and aggregate analytics are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Messages you send us are kept as long as necessary to handle your request.

10. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including serving the site over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-party links

Our site links to third-party websites (for example, our data sources and advertising partners). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.

12. International visitors

We operate online and may process information in countries other than your own. By using the site, you understand that your information may be processed in those locations.

13. Managing cookies in your browser

Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies through their settings. You can usually find these controls under “Privacy” or “Cookies” in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. You can also browse in a private/incognito window, which clears cookies and local storage when you close it. Because Globle Unlimited stores your game progress in local storage, clearing site data will reset your streaks and stats.

14. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no industry-wide standard for how sites should respond to DNT, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals. You can still control advertising cookies using the opt-out tools listed in the Advertising section above.

15. Aggregated and de-identified data

We may create aggregated or de-identified data from usage information (for example, total visits or popular pages). This data does not identify you, and we may use and share it for analytics, reporting, and improving the Service. We will not attempt to re-identify such data.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
