These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Globle Unlimited at globleunlimited.net (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf. These Terms apply to every visitor and user of the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws that apply to you.

3. The Service

Globle Unlimited is a free, browser-based geography game. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also limit, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, without notice. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational use. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or that it will be free of interruptions, delays, or errors.

4. Licence to use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not allow you to resell, redistribute, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit the Service or its content. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by scraping, overloading, or deploying automated tools beyond normal gameplay.
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
• Use the Service to transmit malware or to engage in any fraudulent or harmful activity.

We may investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this section, including blocking access to the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, code, text, graphics and original assets are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Map data is provided by Natural Earth (public domain) and globe imagery is based on NASA Visible Earth (public domain); these are used in accordance with their terms. All other trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

7. Trademark and independence notice

Globle Unlimited is an independent, fan-made project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the official Globle game by Trainwreck Labs. This Service is an independent, fan-made project. Any references to the original game are nominative and do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation. If you are a rights holder and have a concern, please contact us.

8. Your feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and incorporate that feedback for any purpose, without any obligation or compensation to you. We value your input and may use it to improve the Service.

9. Accuracy of game content

The Service is for entertainment and educational purposes. While we strive for geographic accuracy using trusted open data, borders, place names, distances, and daily answers may contain errors or simplifications and should not be relied upon for navigation, legal, academic, or other authoritative purposes.

10. Third-party links and advertising

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and may display third-party advertising, including through Google AdSense. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your dealings with third parties, including advertisers, are solely between you and them. 11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that geographic data and answers are free from inaccuracies. You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States for any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. General provisions

Severability: if any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. No waiver: our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely. Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
